If a Premium Compatibles® Brand product has not demonstrably met the performance of the equivalent original equipment manufacturer’s cartridge we will refund your money or replace the product with a new cartridge.
Genuine Premium Compatibles® brand goods are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing or material defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If it is determined that your Premium Compatible is defective we will replace the product or refund your purchase price, which ever you prefer.
When stored, installed and used under proper conditions your Premium Compatibles® Brand product will not cause harm to your machine. However, in the unlikely event it be concluded that a Premium Compatibles® Brand product is the source of any damage to your printer, fax or copy machine we will reimburse you for the reasonable costs to repair your machine. Simply provide us with the bill and a signed statement from your certified service technician detailing the cause of the damage.
